2025 – Dry
Rich pineapple and tropical fruit smell – a real fruitty bowl.
Tasting notes
Our Dry Muscat (2025 vintage) presents a gently light lemon-yellow color, inviting you into a rich sensory experience. The aroma is a true fruity bowl, bursting with rich pineapple and vibrant tropical fruit notes. On the palate, this Dry Muscat delivers an intense fruitiness full of fresh grapes and tropical flavors. The intensive spirit of the Yellow Muscat variety is beautifully emphasized by prolonged maceration, while resting on fine lees provides the wine with a uniquely pleasant and harmonious varietal character.
Harvest
TThe grapes for this Dry Muscat thrive on the east part and shady positions of our vineyards. A long, warm fall paired with cold nights created the ideal environment for aging on the vine. Hand-harvested and strictly checked between September 26th and 30th, the grapes reached a perfect ripeness of 22.0 bx, ensuring an ideal balance of natural sugars and refreshing acidity.
Winemaking
To craft this premium Dry Muscat, the grape berries underwent cold maceration for 12 to 48 hours immediately after the harvest. Fermentation took place in modern inox tanks using a carefully selected mixture of cultivated and indigenous yeast. Post-fermentation, the wine aged for 2 months on fine lees, with a special 5% portion aged in 225-liter barrique barrels for 6 months to add subtle complexity.
