Perfect harmony of lemon, grapefruit, red pepper and black currant taste.
Tasting notes
The wine is soft light colour with yellow shades. The taste is of lemon, grapefruit, red pepper, black currant. There is also the taste of apples and ripe grapes. The young wine was left lying on fine lees, which gives the wine pleasant sort harmony. GRAPE PRODUCTION: The SiSi wine is eco-friendly produced. Integrated production is under professional supervision of Agronomic Service.
Harvest
The east part or shady position of vineyard, long warm fall with cold nights was ideal environment for aging. The harvest was actualised from 20th to 24th September. Ripeness 22,5 bx, concerning an ideal balance of sugars and acidity. Hand-harvested and checked grapes.
Winemaking
After the harvest the grape berries were cold macerated for 12 – 24 hours. Fermentation held place in inox tanks with mixture of cultivated and indigenous yeast. After the fermentation it ripened for 3 months on fine lees. 20% aged in 2000l wooden barrels for 6 months.
